Laynie's Sleepover

Laynie's slumber party was Saturday night. The girls had a lot of fun. Since she is at a new school, these are all new friends. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and nice these girls were. We had a dance off, a sing off, ate lots of candy, and watched movies. The video is when the girls wanted to spray their hair with some pink and green dye I got for them. It washed out. :)

Pizza Man

Last night Blake made dinner! He kneaded the dough and rolled it out. He added the toppings and put it in the oven. He insisted he do most all the work, so I gladly let him. It was really a yummy pizza!

Laynie's 11th B-Day

We celebrated Laynie's 11th B-Day last night at Hideaway Pizza. We had a really fun time and Laynie loved all her gifts.

September B-Days

Yesterday we celebrated September birthdays at a restaurant in Mullhall, OK. Bobbie enjoyed having everyone together.

Updated Pictures- Paint!

I went out to the house today at lunch and took some pictures. The painters are pretty much done except for some touch-ups. I'm really excited that the colors turned out so good!! I hope you like it!!

I LOVE this pink! Laynie has a small study area that I decided it would be fun to paint pink. I just LOVE it... and so does she.

Painting Pottery

On Friday night we took the kids to paint pottery at the mall. They have been wanting to do it forever and they finally opened a place up in the mall. We had a lot of fun. It was a great way to relax. Laynie painted a cup to hold pencils and stuff, Clint painted a coffee mug, Blake did a race car & I painted a pot for a plant. It was a lot of fun and we get to pick up our pieces on Wednesday!

Kitchen Cabinets

Well this weekend they finished our kitchen cabinets. They look great and I'm so excited to see things start coming together. It's starting to feel more real... like we are actually going to be living there!! The cabinets are a off white with a dark mocha glaze on them. They painted the upstairs this weekend as well, but have to do another coat. Clint said they will probably be done by the end of the week!
