What a Sweet Helper!
I have such a sweet little helper! This used to be his worst enemy...but now he cries when I try and put it away.

Glad It's Monday!! What??
Yes, I said it! I'm glad it's Monday. Even though I have 3 marvelous children and they were very good all weekend....I was delighted to kiss their pretty little faces and send them off to school and daycare this morning!
You see... Clint left early Friday morning for a boat race at Canyon Lake in TX. He took my neighbor's husband as well...so all weekend Kerri and I joined forces.
We had a good time and there were no major meltdowns per say. The kids played from house to house and Kerri and I actually got some alone time to watch a movie on Saturday night.
Clint and Jeff came in 3rd and had a great time in TX.

Family Halloween Pic
Jr. was horrified by Blake's costume! I felt so bad.Halloween 2008
Halloween was fun this year (not that it isn't every year, but a 17 month old brings a new kind of fun to the "party")
So, I knew Jr. wouldn't be very excited about his costume seeing that he doesn't even like to have long sleeved shirts or pants on....so I decided to start slow.
First was the little feet....hard to see in the pic...but they are black slippers.....
Then it was the black tights with the feet.....
Then came the dreaded body....(i didn't have the undershirt on yet)....and you can tell by his face he was NOT amused!
Then the hood....and undershirt.... I was not his favorite person after that! Poor little skunk!
BUT, then all was good in the world again when I pulled out a Dum-Dum sucker....
From then on (and after 5 or 6 suckers) he was fine...

We missed having Laynie and Blake, but we got to see them for a few min and take some pics.
